ArtsForward Blog

A woman speaking behind a podium at a conference

"Art, like nature, is some the visible magic we get to see in this world. There is so much pain and hate and suffering and chaos, and art provides the relief that we need. It provides perspective and reflection. It helps us see things differently. Art has the power to us back to ourselves, bring us back to each other and the world around us."

– Josy Jones

Thank you so much to ArtsForward and Creative Investment Program recipient Josy Jones for engaging us in her conversation titled "Exploring the Power of Creativity" at "An Evening with Artists: An ArtForward Fundraiser."
