Creative Investment Grant Recipient

Leila, Chairperson of the Stow Arts Commission, is one of our Creative Investment Program recipients. Leila attended the Ohio Arts Council's Arts Impact Ohio biennial conference in May! This conference was a chance for art leaders to enjoy fantastic performances, arts experiences, networking opportunities, and more.

Patron spotlight! Malia Rivera is a native of Berea, Ohio, and acts as the Affiliate Fund Event and Volunteer Coordinator at Akron Community Foundation. She has a passion for bringing the performing arts to the Greater Akron region. She has worked for institutions such as The Cleveland Orchestra, Greater Akron Musical Association, Tuesday Musical Association, and Children's Concert Society.

Experience a fresh take on an American classic performed by The Cleveland Orchestra at Blossom Music Center. Béla Fleck will play the banjo and perform a new banjo transcription of this beloved showpiece.
